Birds Nest BBQ is a locally owned business by two longtime Harford county friends and residents. Chris and Tim have been friends since back to their early years at Youths Benefit School.

Since both owners are local residents; the concept of Birds Nest stemmed from Pit Beef becoming a Maryland tradition; as has the Orioles and Ravens. We wanted to provide food items that you may get while tailgating or at the stadium, such as Pit beef, Ribs, BBQ, Sausages, hot dogs. We love supporting our teams and aim to provide the environment of such at our carry out.

The idea and concept is to deliver a product that was currently not available in the downtown Bel Air district. We recognized that having Pit Beef and BBQ would add some diversity to the menu selections that Bel Air has to offer. We feel that we can contribute to our community and help keep Downtown Bel Air a unique place to visit, shop, and eat.

We take pride in producing most items on location. We offer fresh hand cut French fries, slow-cooked Beef Brisket and Baby Back Ribs, Real Turkey cooked on premises, tender Corned Beef, and our customer favorite Pulled Pork BBQ. We also serve up Wings with about 80% of our sauces made on premises. The Rayven sauce has been a hit to date. We also offer the unique ChipStix and home of the Pork Slap:  a 1 lbs. sandwich of our slow cooked pulled Pork, sausage, Pit Ham, and Bacon, we dare you to try it!

 

Our hours of operation are Tuesday-Saturday 11am to 9pm and Sunday 11am to 8pm
